These don’t look like all that in my picture, but they’re freaking awesome. Coat in olive oil, hit them with salt and pepper, spread out on a baking sheet, and then throw them in a 425 oven for 15 – 20 minutes. I use a countertop convection oven and pull them out at 15 minutes. Hit them with lots of lemon juice and a little zest and eat them hot. Addictive.
Daaamn, they look fine! I’m off to the market tomorrow to grab me some broccoli.
