Vegan Yogi

Vegan diet. No weight lifting. Yoga and bodyweight resistance exercises only. Eight months ago I was fat and very sick.

    1. Vegan diet (mostly raw), walking, yoga, and meditation. Everything has just fallen into place since adopting those as the mainstays of my health. I also do some jogging, bodyweight resistance exercises, and physical therapy, but walking, yoga, meditation, and eating vegan and raw are what I live.

      I like apps and metrics, so I use RunKeeper, Withings Health Mate, the Withings weight scale and blood pressure cuff, Daily Yoga, You Are Your Own Gym, and Headspace to motivate and track.
