Nooch Oatmeal

Savory oatmeal is great, especially when you make all of those cheese rich recipes healthier by using nutritional yeast instead of dairy. My base for savory oatmeal is olive oil, salt, pepper, and lots of nooch. It’s great all by itself.

With that as the base, start experimenting. If you really want some melty cheese going on in the bowl, try something like Daiya cheddar.

However, my favorite way to top nooch oatmeal is with chopped greens. I think I’ll save photos of that for a Random Act of Oatmeal series. 🙂
