A couple of the trays of grass and greens I have going. One tray features nothing but lovely wheatgrass. The other tray contains a mix of Tatsoi, Purple Kohlrabi, Red Russian Kale, Red Cabbage, Turnip, Alfalfa, Arugula, Cress, Red Giant Mustard, Red Oak and Green Romaine Lettuce, Mizuna, and Pink and Purple Orach.
