Ginger Soy Glazed Edamame

My five year old and I go through these fast. It’s a race to the bottom and then an expectant look from him that says, “We both know you’re making another batch. So get to it.”

Ginger, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic, water, and a little brown sugar, if you like. Reduce in a sauce pan and then throw in steamed edamame.
