Escopazza in Miami beach offers a vegan tasting menu alongside their regular one as well as a raw foods section on the menu. Nice. The photos didn’t turn out so nice thanks to the dim lighting and my totally not being a camera geek, but they should suffice.
First course, beet ravioli.

Second course, vegetable lasagna with pine nut ricotta.

Third course, zuccini noodles in red sauce.

Fourth course, spaghetti in red sauce with a very garlic forward compote. I didn’t catch all that was in it.

Fifth course, fresh berries in an almond based cream.
